Great experience! First time buying a brand new vehicle. Brandon my sales agent was amazing. I've recently been to other dealers with friends and families and the experience wasn't Close. The test drive and the car walk through was great. You can tell they go above and beyond for us. Would recommend 100%. I look for great service 1st then pricing. I plan on coming back in the future

I know this review is a little late but it's so necessary to write as the customer service experience from Henley Honda hasn't stopped since my purchase. My buying experience was so positive and wonderful and as much as the sales guys know their stuff they are not pushy in any "accord" (#hondapun) I bought a 2017 Ridgeline and Brandon has been there every step of the way to help me learn all the features this truck has to offer. I had heard throughout the community how great this local dealership is to buy from and they have really exceeded their reputation by far. I look forward to continuing to do business with this great place over the years. :)

Their prices are fair but service hours are horrible and don't expect them to go out of their way. I was told more than once that I was asking for a lot to have a full tank of gas with the purchase of a vehicle.

I had a problem with my tailgate on my 2011 Ridgeline. Brought it in to the garage at Henley Honda. The solution they proposed was outside of my budget, therefore they offered to refund me the cost of bringing it in which was 118.

I just picked up my new 2017 civic hatchback. I have been anxiously waiting for it ever since I heard Honda was bring them back. This is my 3rd Civic that I have purchased from Henley Honda because I know that I will be getting the best service possible. Many thanks to Erin Sami. I have bought 2 cars from him & he always takes the time to explain all the new gadgets to me & I know that I can call him with any questions that I might have in the future. Also thanks to Martha Davidson (Finance Mgr) who went above & beyond to make sure that I was completely satified with all the financial terms & conditions of my lease. They both made getting my new car an easy & great experience.
