I have had many service job done alway read with a ride home if needed or a pickup (and by that I mean a ride to pickup car). I have always found them to be helpful and informative.

Sprimg oil change and swapping of winter tires to summer tires went well. Only down side was that I had to call the de3alership twice to get picked up once car was ready
