Had a 9am appointment to install new tires. Car didn’t go into the shop until 9:30am. Took over 2 hours to install tires and wash the car. I was waiting outside for them to finish, watched one of the technicians take my car for a test drive (this is normal to make sure the tires were installed properly) except he accelerated as fast as he could, redlining the RPMs. My custom exhaust and cold air intake are not an open invitation to drive my car like a race car.

Hello Brody, Thank you for bringing this concern to my attention. My technicians are usually very careful with guests' vehicles. Accelerating quickly to complete the road test is something that you and I agree on; this should never happen and it will be rectified internally.
