Excellent Service and parts departments. Lots of helpful maintenance suggestions! Sales department -- meh, not so much. Surprised at how little they knew of their own product lines. Maybe I caught them in the middle of something else but it came as quite a surprise.

Buying a car now is not an easy ordeal and there is a lot of unknowns. From the second we met Tan he made the process easy and was transparent throughout the entire process. He kept us closely updated and was so meticulous in the whole process. Tan would message us with updates even before we ever messaged him. It kept us informed and we had ideas of when the new car would come in. He even came in on his day off to deliver it to us. He’s such an honest and caring salesman. ASK FOR TAN!

Had my car in for a windshield replacement. When I got the vehicle I noticed a piece of rubber sticking up and my heads-up display was blurry. Service manager confirmed the wrong glass was installed by error. Then when I got home had to adjust my rear view mirror and it fell off it’s mount. When I talked to Chris he quickly made arrangements to pickup my vehicle at home and leave me a curtesy car for the few days they needed to replace the glass. Was I disappointed, you bet! Which is why I took my car to Lexus to replace it as I would avoid these problems. How they reacted to resolve the problem with pickup and return to my home was how I would have expected them to react and the did. Mistakes will always happen, but it is how you handle the mistake is what counts for me and Tony Graham Lexus gets my 5 stars for that.
