Complete Waste of time. Called to see if they had a 2022 NX 450h+ in stock available for test drive. I was told by Cody Arbuckle that I would have to come only on specific days between specific times, and that I would need to book the test drive as it would be the only way to ensure the specific model would be available for me despite being a very inconvenient time. I booked anyway and coordinated with my wife to arrive at the provided time. When I arrived I was made to wait while they ran around looking for the car which in the end was not available. Instead they put me in a "2021 350h" which is very different from the completely redesigned 2022 model. Every dealer I have been to has had the exact car requested in the lot ready and running at the time of appointment and I have never been told "you need to be back in 10 min". Go to Bel-Air or find another luxury dealer this location is a joke. Also, it appears I was required to come at this specific time simply because Cody wanted the sale yet was unwilling to provide even the most basic service. Woman at front desk was very nice though. - I appreciate that you acknowledged the issue. I will talk to my wife and see if she would consider a second attempt. We would want to deal with you or the manager though. ----------------------------- UPDATE ---------------------------------- Thomas referred another sales person and we started a second attempt at this location. A complete 180 experience this time. Ended up picking up a beautiful new SUV after receiving proper service. A very good experience this time. As a result I have updated my rating to reflect this.

Needed a new cain aut filtre destroyed by squirrels. Took of chance to stop by if they could fix me up without appointment. Likely a slow day, took me right away and had it done in no time. Even got it rinsed off as usual. Always appreciated that little extra bonus. Great bunch of guys.
