The service itself was ok, moulding on the door of the car was damaged when I went to pick up the car. The service staff tried every way possible to prove that the damage was there before the car was brought in. They kept saying "the damage was obviously there before" without any proof to substantiate this claim, to which I politely objected. I took a photo of their report where they mark the condition of vehicle and it does not mark any such damage to the car. Their videos are very low quality but one picture they sent, when the technician is driving behind the garage, shows molding damage. It does not prove anything about when the car was damaged. It could have happened between the time I left the vehicle to when the technician took it in. In my view the damage occurred at the service so Tony Graham Lexus should fix it.

Hello Anil, I have taken the time to review our camera system as you are aware. Immediately upon drop off, we were able to see an angle that showed the damage. This is the picture where you told me the damage wasn't apparent to you because you "don't have 20/20 vision". I then watched your vehicle drive from our reception to a parking space. While the vehicle was parked, there was no movement of any sort (people or other vehicles) around your vehicle until my mechanic walked out, started the vehicle and proceeded to drive from the parking spot, into our service shop. As the vehicle started moving I was able to get a perfect picture that shows the damage (which I also provided to you). My offer still stands that I don't mind taking the time to watch the camera footage with you so that we can both be on the same page in this matter.
