This was my first service experience at Tony Graham Lexus. Checkin was prompt and the service agent was pleasant. This was my one month checkup and I waited about an hour as promised to get my 2022 Lexus UX250h back. Unfortunately, I had a slight miscommunication with the agent. I asked that my sunroof be assessed for “excessive wind noise” and he wrote assess for “a rattle” on the worksheet which I then signed. When I got the car back the agent said they could not find a problem in the sunroof and I left. It wasn’t until I got home and read the paperwork that I realized they were not looking for the problem that I had described. Now, I will have to wait for another five months to get this problem assessed at my six month checkup. I won’t make the mistake of not fully reading the service order next time. I love this dealership but I was disappointment in this appointment being as it was my first.

Absolute pleasure dealing with Tony Graham Lexus service department. Everything is organized and professional without the typical sitting around in service department "waiting room". The loaner car was ready and parked right outside the door.
