A smile and listening to my information would help

At least act like you want me there. Listen to what I say and perhaps let the reloading of the printer wait 5 minuets instead of me. There was a few available to load.. finish with me than go search for 2 bundles to load the machine. My time is valuable as well. Especially if I have booked a time ... if I wanted to have it 10-15 minutes I would book that time.. I waited a few minutes to speak to me when I pulled in.. lots of employees 1 other customer. Once I did explain what was required (tire repair driver side rear) and told them the lock lug was on the front seat. I was immediately asked what tire and where the lock lug was..

I’ve had issues with my truck not starting . The battery was checked , recharged and there was nothing found to be draining the battery. My vehicle had to be returned to the service department on the Saturday of the long weekend . It was out running errands and the truck cranked over very slowly on one of the restarts . You service advisor put me in a vehicle for the weekend ensuring I would not be stranded . A side note . On the Thursday when my vehicle did not start ; I called roadside assistance . ( approx . Noon hour ) I got a recording saying due to the high volume of calls I could expect a call back in 2-4 hours . I got jump start from a friend . I got a call back from roadside assistance at 7:30 pm .

Love my car, but was misinformed on some things

I told the dealership I wanted to test drive a Pacifica regular and hybrid. When we went, the Hybrid wasn’t charged, so we couldn’t see how many km you could get on a full charge. Our commute one way is 60 km on the highway and the sales man told us the battery would drive 250 km to drain the battery to 50%, then would use gas/battery for the rest. We were very impressed with this because we thought the battery lasted around 70 km. We even asked if the 250 km was for city driving and pointed out that our drive was on the highway, but he said it didn’t matter. When we picked up the van, it wasn’t charged that time either so still couldn’t see the range of a full battery charge. We had a follow up phone call from the customer relations rep at the dealership. I left a message with this concern, as well as asking about winter mats because the van didn’t come with any. I never received a phone call back. We are happy with the van, but was misinformed with how long the battery would last. The sales rep didn’t seem to know the important details of the vehicle. And I was disappointed to not hear back from the customer relations rep

terrible experience! paid for service but it was not performed well, feel conned!!

I paid for a piece of mind check up ($40), but I did not even get my washer fluid reviewed! what a poor service!!! I almost suffered an accident when driving to DC it started to rain and no washer fluid had been completed! unbelievable! I feel disappointed and conned! I am a good customer of you and bought my car there (jerry Bernstern the best) but after sales service is extremely poor! I want my money back!! or I will never get back again!

typically it does not take that long to collect tires from storage. we do require 48 hours notice to remove your tires from storage. I understand that your original appointment was cancelled so we had to place the tire back into storage, unfortunately there was a delay as we did not have notice that you were coming in that day.

I purchased my Fiat 500 July 31/17 with 40,000 km. and brought it in for its first service as window sticker indicated. I learned later this means its time for an oil change just as the yellow dash icon means which showed up a day prior to my appt. It would seem that no one actually checked my history in your computers and a full maintenance was done and I was charged $467.00 for what should have been approx. $39.95 for an oil change. I had only put on 6,000 km. Spark plugs were changed, tires rotated etc. etc. The tires were brand new winter ones installed by your service dept. approx. 30 days prior to the rotation! There was no need for most of the work beyond an oil change. I was told later that even the 46,000 km notice was too soon and that is an old standard not generally applied any longer by your co. I relied on your service dept. to know what it was doing. I was trying to comply with warranty requirements. When a sticker tells me that service is req'd at 46,000 that's what I do. I don't know that means an oil change is needed only. That's what you should have been telling me when I brought the car in. I was taken advantage of and it's not a good feeling.

Brenda Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent service visit. I would like the opportunity to clarify your concerns. The yellow warning light is a generic warning and will come on in conjunction with any warning lights including the oil change reminder. Your vehicle is equipped with an automatic oil change indicator system that will illuminate when your oil is required to be changed. This may vary from your required maintenance intervals. The vehicle was vehicle close to the maintenance interval as required by the factory, if you review the owner’s manual you will see that the service performed matches the requirements from the factory. I apologise if there was a miscommunication but we can assure you that the service was performed as required. As many customers do not like the oil change reminder light we will put a standard oil change interval on the sticker. Please refer to the owner’s manual to see the minimum requirements for the oil change intervals to maintain the warranty.

Dealer / Chrysler did not provide customer support on problem that came back on my 2012 Jeep

My 2012 Jeep had a heater problem at about 40,000 km. problem was repaired under warranty replacing numerous components including heater core. at about 110,000 km problem has reappeared due to clogging in the heater core. No heat !! As I believe this was caused by contaminates in the engine block clogging the core repairs should still be covered by first attempt at a resolution. However Dealer said repair would be a new core at a cost of $ 1400.00 for the part. I told them forget it repairs should still be covered. I left very unhappy and went to a Radiator repair shop, got the core back flushed for $ 135.00 and now have tons of heat !! As a result I will never go to another Chrysler Dealer, never buy another Chrysler product.

Hi Charles We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the heat in your vehicle. Although you did have the heater core almost three years ago and you are significantly passed your warranty period, we did offer to advocate your concerns to the factory. We are happy that the flush has allowed some flow in the heater core however there is no way of knowing how much debris has been removed and how long this repair will last. For that reason we prefer to replace the component rather than attempt to repair it.
