Didn’t ask me if it was okay to do a certain repair, did it anyway and stuck me with a bill. All they did anyway was super glue my hose that should have been replaced. I should have known about it so I could have declined this as my uncle could have fixed this problem properly. Terrible customer service. The advisor had the balls to laugh in my face also.
