We didn’t have a good experience here. We arrived at the time of our appointment but the sales rep was busy with another customer (understandable) so went to nissan next door and spent a lot of time seeing their new models. By the time we came back it was nearly closing time so the sales rep wasn’t really in the mood to accommodate us for a few minutes but somehow did so out of compulsion. Anyway that’s not the sad part and we were partly wrong here. The next week we went to the other audi in town as that was close to home and we learnt that since we are new in the country we would have to put 25% down on a new car. So i called back the sales rep in audi west and tried enquiring about it but he was in no mood to accommodate us. He gave us all sorts of reasons and was trying to arm-twist us into making a booking before even checking how much we would have to put down initially. He said ‘the finance lady is very busy today so I can’t do much’. We went to Volvo and they understood our situation and talked to our bank themselves to get a very low downpayment agreed. Only when the finances were acceptable to us did we order. They were polite and friendly at each stage in the volvo dealership. We really liked the audi Q3 but we ended up not buying it because of bad customer experience. If you have customers from different backgrounds, try not to judge them by the looks on whether they can afford something or not. We felt we were treated differently than ‘other’ customers.

I have dealt with Audi West for a few years now and everyone I dealt with have been extremely professional and courteous. It is clear the ownership and management are dedicated to their customer's buying experience. The demo room is awesome and the service department has state of the art diagnostic equipment. The ability to surround oneself by key people is paramount to success. Clearly they mastered this aspect of business. Unsurpassed in Ottawa.

Far too many people for me to list without leaving someone off.
