Audi West Ottawa

They sold me a used car with an oil consumption problem without telling me of the issue, made promises on sale that I had to persist on post sale, refused to address the oil consumption issue until my third complaint and a few other issues. I have driven 10,000 km and in that time, I have had to drive to the dealership for problems at least 7 times already to either address a problem or ask them repeatedly to address it. All they want to do is keep charging me the deductible to fix the problems and have never offered any compensation. Too bad they ruined my audi experience.

my experience is with the one in ""hunt club road in Ottawa Ontario" I bought a brand new car from them. the service here is terrible ,after sale is done thy avoid you ,if something rung in your car like chairs and need service reaching them is like reaching the queen . always'' leaving massage'' to get an appointment and never calling you back. hard to find real person to talk about your problems. aware them try to buy your expansive car from some other dealer who give the same service they promised on buying time .

Bought an 2006 Audi A3 from Hunt club location..worst mistake ever! Everything on this car has broken every warning light has been on since the purchase and it's the biggest rust bucket ever.. No part of my warranty covered anything and I was also asked why I would buy an Audi from a lady in the service dept. who recommended that a jeep would have been a better purchase... Everyone that works at Mark motors other than the parts guys, are way to full of them selves (for car salesman) at an Ottawa car dealership of all places... Audi's suck.. spread the word..whoop whoop...double rainbow...go sens go!!!
