Even though I was late & though I had to reschedule, they took my keys in quickly. Self checkin was good & they kept in constant communication.

I have attempted to buy a Prius vehicle for cash twice. First attempt after two months they simply couldn't get the car so deposit refunded and no follow up. The second attempt they assured me the vehicle was arriving from another dealership and it was guaranteed. Paid the deposit and once again no car to be had. Foolishly I had sold my car based on their assurances. So no vehicle, no assistance or compensation and they had Finance call me with the news as both the owner and Manager 'were busy'.

I truly had the best experience at Jackson Toyota!! If you are looking go and see Jeff! He is super knowledgeable and professional. He is a no pressure salesman! Danielle the manager of financing is just as amazing and truly goes above and beyond. I am absolutely in love with my new Corolla! Thank you so very much. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited. Although I almost walked away in the end I got my car for the price I was willing to pay and Eric worked hard to make the sale.

I had good experience with Toyota , if there’s any problems they are there to fix it right away . Their easy to talk too . Brennan was super easy going I would recommend him . My only concerns are your detailers .. when you buy a new car, you expect it to sparkle and have no dirt marks. Definitely need to improve on that.
