Oil change was quick and efficient. My service attendant was warm and friendly and I like the fact that she has always looked after our concerns. Coffee in the waiting area is good. Only suggestion that I would like to make is if the guys conducting the oil change. When they top up the air/nitrogen filled tires to top them up, I'd they could pls indicate what they topped it up with. Thanks to Keith Place my sales guy, who came up to me in service and made sure everything was okay with the car. Warm Regards, Jim Haines.

WORK WAS PROVIDED DUE TI A RECALL OF OUR CRUZE. DURING INSPECTION A LEAK WAS FOUND WHICH WAS ALSO ADDRESSED. I WAS CALLED BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE AND OFFERED A VEHICLE AS THE CAR WOULD BE KEPT OVERNIGHT. FROM BEGINNIG TO THE END WHEN I PASSED MY CLAIM CHECK TO THE GUY WHO BROUGHT MY CAR AROUND, THE DEALERSHIP MADE IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Came in, without an appointment to have battery replaced (April 2016). Was received and taken care of without a hitch. All work done with expedience and thoroughness. Prior visit last September was for your body shop (replacing the entire front bumper assembly) and the end result is fantastic. Good job all around!
