Made my buying a first car experience a great one

Daniel Bean was very helpful and accommodating with helping me find my first vehicle. I received a free extra set of keys, made sure it was clean and filled it with gas. I'm very happy with my experience at Murray Chevrolet.

Engine replacement 2009 Silverado

Although not thrilled with the fact that I was required to replace an engine at 118,000 kilometers and am out of pocket $6000 due to an on going warranty/oil consumption issue and parts failure I must say I received exceptional customer service from Amanda Richot and Kelly Scott. Pleased with the product? No. Pleased with the service at dealership? Yes.

I brought my car in for service and change season tires. The shuttle staff was friendly and took me safely and quickly where i needed to go. My car was conveniently serviced well and I was able to go to my own job.

Warranty replacement of front fender

Front fender on truck showed some rust at edges after 9 months. One look for the service agent and it was concluded this would be warranty replacement no questions asked. Number was ordered and replaced in side two weeks.

Autopac claim, body work, parts work, left bearing...it turned out that I had to take my vehicle back 2 additional times for servicing. That said, my frustration was handled in the most professional and courteous manner. . Murray has an outstanding commitment to customer service and they genuinely care about their customers experience. They walk the talk.
