Nothing but issues with my sonic since I purchased it almost four years ago. Serviced 12 times before the three year warranty was up. They gave me an extended warranty in good faith that was to have been an extension of my existing warranty. I specifically asked if it covered me bumper to bumper at the time I picked up the extended warranty and was told it would. Called today because it has to go in again and told that my extended bumper to bumper warranty does not exist, that I misunderstood. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do about that. Murray Chevrolet just lost this customer and I hope anybody reading this will think twice about dealing with them in the future.

Just happened to me also.was told I had a bumper to bumper extended warranty and boom. Hoses not covered.

The staff start to finish provided a reassuring and welcome atmosphere and completed the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. My call to pick up the car was 2 hours earlier than we discussed which was much appreciated allowing me to make an unscheduled appointement without the need for a cab.

As mentioned above, the Staff @ Murray Chev Winnipeg are wonderful. They explain in detail, problems/solutions etc when my vehicle is in for repair or check up. Also very accommodating and friendly.

Fast and efficient oil change

I stopped in for an oil change under my warranty - the staff were fast and efficient and came to get me when they were done. The oil change was no charge as per my warranty.
