lied to

I brought it in for rear end noise told me I needed struts I told them I would fix it when I got it home a friend of mine who worked at mike Doyle's took a look and said my struts were fine but I needed control arms not impressed with that kind of service.

Bought my first new vehicle at the end of July, and could not have gotten better service. Shawn, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helped to narrow down my search, which took a lot of the hassle away. He also spent the time explaining the various features of the vehicle I was looking at, instead of simply tossing me the keys and telling me to try it out on my own. With all the tech in the new vehicles this was invaluable time spent. The entire staff at Laurentian were extremely professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend you make this a sure stop when searching for you next vehicle.

mini cooper brakes

The repairs were done everything was fine the transmission was doing ok but 10 days later the shifring / jerk it back.

The person at the desk Jamey was very cautious and got the job done. The bearing was change and that doing fine. The transmission shifting jerk that was OK the Break was OK but now it back and that concern me. Sincerely ! Richard Legault

Whenever I go there I'm treated like a number, not a customer. I'm not offered anything during my waiting time. I'm not even greated right away or told that they'll be someone with me shortly. Whenever I go there I'm disatisfied with service. I only dealt with them since I had to because of items and parts under warranty. I will avoid that place like the plague from now on.

Your door to the service area needs to be fixed. In the hour I have been here waiting for my car, that door has SLAMMED shut a couple hundred times and is extremely annoying
