Lack of service and communication

I have been waiting for over 3 months for a referral check from my salesman that doesn't return my phone calls. I have been waiting on a call back for a warranty claim for 2 months My last claim was a lot of none returned phone calls and broken promises. I was told I would have answers by a certain date or time of day and never received them. I scheduled an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a recall and there were no parts to do the work. This is an appointment that was standing for 2 weeks, and The lack of parts should have been realized before I brought my vehicle in. Recall T15 - which I am still waiting on parts for.

instead of changing the part he greased it it was done I left quick I hope it does not have come back

Staff was very friendly professional and accommodating although the price of my o change was higher then expected therefore will probably not get oil change s there anymore
