My experience was simply ok.

Service was somewhat disappointing. My car was not ready when promised, and the technician could not find the problem I was hoping to have resolved. Also, I had to return for the technician to reset the "change oil" display. No verbal report on the work done or on the inspection that was completed. That said, I do find email appointment booking convenient.

The staff on the Service Desk were very courteous and the repair to truck was done quickly and professionally. The whole experience was a great deal better than the first time I went in to get my back up camera replaced. Thank you. Ken
