I'm taking a couple of minutes to write a review of my experience with Laurentain Chrysler. My 2010 dodge ram had significant front end damage as a result of my own actions. I called not knowing what to expect because I was over my warranty kilometers. I received a call back shortly after advising me to bring it in. I was skeptical, within an hour they called me back and explained the damage, I cringed when informed of the dollar value. Without me even asking they fixed my truck under a good will program. WOW. So now two years later our family required a new vehicle. I can be a handful to deal with but I want to share with you this experience. Mr Doug Wainman you truly won me over with your patience and the additional help you were able to offer. At the end of the day we have all felt like we have been wronged on certain deals, not this one! You have regained my loyalty as customer and made my wife and I truly enjoy this deal! My overall purchase experience was positive , however, my previous and most recent experience with the service department has been very disappointing. I have been waiting several weeks after numerous calls for a response to my issues with the 2017 Jeep and have yet to receive them.

Vehicle went in for the same issue a second time and got a loaner vehicle right away so was good for us!

Service staff is great to deal with. Although the transmission issues seem to be still present and the steering centering was not performed

Service was fast and friendly. Parking was absolutely horrid. The time taken was exactly as long as they said it would be. Overall I am happy.

Everything was well explained - no hidden surprises. Had an issue with the tonneau cover and they made it right - no questions asked. I'd definitely recommend Laurentian Chrysler.

The salesperson was not well informed on the product the sales manager couldn't find the product I wanted options were missing on my wish list nothing but blaming being busy or other parties instead of taking responsibility I've been dealing with Laurentian for 30 to 40 years never had such a poor experience mind you the service and financing departments were outstanding
