Disappointing and frustrating

The salesperson was not well informed on the product the sales manager couldn't find the product I wanted options were missing on my wish list nothing but blaming being busy or other parties instead of taking responsibility I've been dealing with Laurentian for 30 to 40 years never had such a poor experience mind you the service and financing departments were outstanding

Went in for a trade-in appraisal. Ended up buying a new truck! Shawn was helpful and knowledgable. We did not expect to buy a new vehicle that day. This was our best vehicle purchase experience and are very happy with our new Ram! Scott in financing was also very professional and made us feel comfortable. It was our first visit to Laurentian Dodge, but won't be our last :)

New vehicle smell and parts failure @ delivery

Vehicle had a failure of an engine component after less than 20 km. Service team was very reactive and concern seemed genuine. There was also a very strong burning smell initially for about 100 km that was a result of a factory process. Unfortunately no one other than the tech seemed to know about that as being normal. Overall it took a little bit of the thrill off of the initial enjoyment of our first ever custom built vehicle. Especially a relatively high end model. Now that things are settled down we are enjoying it and look forward to the drive ahead.

it took 3 hours to do an oil change and installed vent visors.

3 hours to do an oil change and installe vent visors. The price of the oil change was not the same as the price that was on the maintenance schedual sheet.

Oil change

Made an appointment for an oil change for 1 pm and receive a reminder that morning stating it was for 2 pm. Also an oil change should not take one hr to perform. Other than that nice staff courteous
