Dropped off the vehicle and had the shuttle pick me up when the work was completed. Really enjoy the convenience of the shuttle.

Curtis was very good a keeping me informed at all times and looking after my vehicle while away on vacation making sure it was fixed upon my return and safe to drive. Service department I know they are very busy they need to be more diligent in all their tasks and keep the clients satisfied. Perhaps more man power?! They where always polite with me just seemed overwhelmed. Thanks

Although my car wasn't ready when it was supposed to be the staff was quick to re-arrange my pick up and get me a ride. I did find they weren't able to explain my bill in full but I feel confident that I wasn't paying for anything I didn't need/want.

Everyone was polite and respectful but I was unhappy to hear I had to pay for A/C repair because my warranty was up by 1,000 kms. I discovered it was not working when first engaging the A/C last week. It is a near certainty that the A/C was not working well before last week and my mileage was well below the warranty cut off when it was not working I was told hands were tied which struck me as odd. I believe I have spent in excess of $500,000 (that is right a half million, there is not an extra zero) on vehicles with Laurentian dating back to 2000. But if hands are tied, hands are tied. This never happened at the "old" Laurentian.
