Dash warning lights on

Check engine and service brake warning ights on at all times. Repaired promptly, but should not occur on a new vehicle with under 500 k

Although my car would not be ready for the time promised (in part because they needed to do more work than anticipated), they made sure the shuttle would still be available to pick me up at a time that was convenient for ME. All discussions and interactions were courteous, professional and always provided the information I needed to make a decision. Great service is not dead, just go to Laurentian Chrysler!

we were so so surprised when our 2016 lost the transmission fluid on the ground but Laurentian fixed the problem quickly and we had a loaner truck so we were not inconvenienced-...then told us what the problem was -defective lines...a relief,...not the transmission.

I went in to change my tires from winter tires to summer tires and to change the driver's side windshield wiper. It was done inside of 45 minutes and, since my summer tires were stored on location, the installation was free. Therefore, I ended up paying only for the wiper. So, it was a very good experience.
