They never call me back, they never call me to give me updates on my car and the work being done, I always have to call during the day to ask for updates, I never get picked up when I am supposed too.

Richard was very professional and very friendly. Everyone was very cheery and made me feel like they wanted my business. Richard offered me a coffee , introduced me to others and didn't make me feel like I was in the way while I was waiting for someone else to finish his meeting as I was early at arriving. Thumbs up

Service Manager (Marilyn) immediately contacted me after a recent scheduled maintenance visit that simply didn't happen, in that, I brought the truck in and it remained parked for the afternoon and nothing was done. Marilyn apologized for the misstep and arranged to pick up my vehicle at work, completed the required maintenance (with extras) and returned it within a few hours - absolutely perfect!! Laurentian and Marilyn really went the extra mile to make things right. Thanks again!!

No second key and the running boards are not save to use there not big enough to put your feet on it.

Service is always great...how ever the reason I brought it in still is there as the mechanic said he couldn't hear anything. I call vullshit as the last 5 people in my car all ask...what the he'll is that noise. .
