Service was scheduled two weeks ahead of time for a 2pm appointment..... called for an update at the end of the day - informed that the service simply didn't happen.

The experience I had with Laurentian Chrysler was amazing!! Both Curtis, the sales agent and Derryck, the sales manager were so helpful. They worked endlessly to find me the best deal and vehicle they could get for my budget and made it happen. Like I said; "they made it happen" within my budget!! I purchased a pre-owned RAM 1500 and I'm loving it. When I trade in for a new RAM in the future, I'm going back to Laurentian and I will only deal with these two guys :) Cheers to everyone at Laurentian Chrysler!!
