They follow up but prices are higher than I wanted. They are also vague over the phone pushing you to actually go in person before making a deal.

My servicing took 3 days to complete which was no fault of the dealership. I was updated daily on the status of the repair which was so appreciated. Staff were amazing to deal with. I am very pleased with the people and service.

I had dropped my vehicle off at 7:15 am for a scheduled 9am appointment for a tire change, oil change and maintenance check and used the Shuttle Service provided, which was excellent I might add, and was later picked up and returned to the dealership by 4:00 pm, expecting to find my vehicle completed and ready to go. I was extremely disappointed to find it was still not completed and then had to wait an additional 45 minutes on top of that. I was simply told by the service rep " They got busy" and then told "its like going to the doctors office, sometimes you have to wait". I found this extremely insulting to say the least. You simply cannot compare the two. I would also like to mention that I did not receive any phone call from the service department about any expected delays on my vehicle as would be expected if they were so busy and possibly overbooked. So I was naturally assuming my vehicle would be ready. I can say the only saving grace in this whole event is the service rep provided the services to my vehicle at not charge, which was greatly appreciated. However it does not solve the underlying issue of what happened in the time from my 9 am appointment to 4:45 pm. Thank you.

the appointment was good with the older mechanic. he realized that i was there because i was concerned about my jeep. but getting and keeping an appt is something laurentian has to work on. 1st time...we have made an appt and showed up to be told that there was no appt listed in the computer. this time , we made an appt and the night before the service people called to remind us but they had changed the time from 8 to 3 pm....we had planned our day around 8 am and would have cancelled .... this is stressful as when you make a jeep appt , you presume that it will cost money so you re not there to waste the mechnics time nor ours
