Answers to an ongoing problem would be helpful

No one can give me an answer as to when or how they are going to fix my headlights. They flicker on and off at times any time of the day. They have even went out and left me in the dark for a few seconds. This needs to be fixed, and soon

I brought my new vehicle in for it's first regular serviced maintenance check as well as to get an oil change. Although I purchased the vehicle out of town, Laurentian Chrysler was quite accomodating. There was only a small issue, a valve cap was left off the driver's side rear tire.
