A special shout out to Dan at Laurentian Chrysler! After our truck burnt down, we were eager to buy a new vehicle. Dan was awesome - very friendly and committed to getting us the best deal and ensuring we were satisfied with our experience. Special thank you goes out to Bill their finance manager for all his help as well! Fantastic staff! Made the transition smooth and stress free. We will definitely be back in the future! For now, we will enjoy our new RAM!

I was 'warned' by a neighbour and Carl about going to Laurentian for 'service'. They both suggested that "they will FIND something that needs fixing". How WRONG they were! My eyes were hurting from the fluorescent lighting in the waiting room, I was happy to get out of there. Anne (Carl has had his driving licence taken away because of poor eyesight and a touch of dementia. I will probably be the person coming for "whatever".)

I arrived in time for my appointment which was an oil change and inspection at 15000 kms. I asked how long it would be and told an hour. Ok. Well after 24 minutes I looked in the parking lot and there sat my Jeep. I went and asked someone else so does an hour mean once its in the garage or does that count the time it just sits outside? I stated that I had other appointments that day. Thankfully very quickly my Jeep was moved inside and magically 20 minutes later it was ready. I winder how long they would have left me sitting there waiting had I not questioned them. An elderly woman had to leave her vehicle fir most of the day to have an 89 point inspection done. Seriously does it really take that long to drive it into the garage and plug it into the computer that does the inspection. Better customer service. Don't assume we are all stupid and have nothing else to do in a day.
