I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. I dealt with Katy and I highly suggest putting her through training on the vehicles and customer service. I found her to be rude and unprofessional. Will be buying elsewhere.

Unfortunately service is very bad ... (( They forgot to drain old oil! And then they found a non-existent failure in the suspension! They said that I lost it !!! That's disgusting!

After doing some research into your most recent service with us, it looks as though you had expressed a concern with your oil change. We performed another oil change at no cost in an attempt to make amends. If this was not performed to your satisfaction, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss in hopes of finding a solution. With respect to your suspension, our Hyundai Certified Master Technician did discover some excessive play in your suspension that was outside manufacturer recommended tolerances. It is important to us to bring these types of concerns to the attention of our customers, so that they can make an informed decision whether or not to proceed with servicing. We realize that not all recommendations will be given the go ahead to do so, but I'm sure you can understand that it is incumbent upon us to make our customers aware of these things. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss how we might begin to make things right with you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Service Manager, Damien Lavallee.

Spoke to a salesperson told him that I'm looking to lease a Hyundai tucson. Sat down with him gave me a quotation and i was surprised when he told me it will be $285 b/w for se and for premium would be $265 for 48 months. In my head this guy is a crook my sister have a mazda cx5 lease and she pay 185 biweekly with gap insurance and wear and tear. Same thing with my other sister who lease an acura ilx. In short i was disappointed i really like the look of that car but oh well on to the next one.

Enjoyable.

I brought my vehicle in for spring maintenance and turns out I needed additional work done also. Jessica is very knowledgeable and explained fully what was required. She is very courteous and ensures that any questions I have are answered. Very respectful and professional. Kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle.
