Chris Rostek, very good with attention. She's very patient with me (English is my second language) explains everything. Also the front desk for payment service and shuddle. Very good attention in Murray Hyundai Winnipeg

Jessica our service person at Murray Hyundai is awesome. She is friendly and does everything she can to help her customers and is great at her job. Great experience at this dealership and it starts with Jessica and continues with the other workers there!

Took my car in for repalcement shocks (warranty) . When the shocks were removed a bolt was broken so they had to overnight a replacement. That's ok, I understand things go wrong. I got a phone call the next day saying my car would be ready at 2 pm at the latest. I was kindly picked up by the shuttle and arrived at the stated time. I had to wait another 35 minutes for my car. This may not sound like much and normally it wouldn't be a problem but after being without my car an extra day I had made plans and did not appreciate the extra time. This compounded with the having to redo the front end alignment form my last visit just got me a bit upset. I will go back again and hope for a little better treatment.

I admit I only go in to Hyundai once a year for the fuel rebate mileage on my Veloster, but every time I go, it seems like they couldn't care less about me. The advisor pretty much just blew me off and said the cheque would be mailed out, and couldn't even give me any information about it. It has been 2 months now and I haven't heard or seen anything. Trying to call Hyundai Canada is even less entertaining, I just get circled around until I finally land on an answering machine. I shouldn't have to chase this around every year.

Service & advisor were good. I responded to a follow up email regarding next service notification with no response to my email until this is sent to. I was inquiring why there was no sticker left regarding my next oil change and service. Why send an email asking about my service experience and ignore my reply?
