Service 1, and had the transmission checked for a shifting issue. Also had the side mirror defrost tested and the drivers door adjusted for wind noise. All of those were completed

Somewhat dissapointed

We were told by our salesman that the vehicle came with a cover for the rear storage area with all the vehicles we looked at after we took it home without the cover I contacted him a few times he told us it was his mistake that they didn't come with it after spending 40000.00 we are a little disappointed because we wanted one but don't feel we should have to pay Extra for itself was a good salesman otherwise just not happy about this issue

The bill came in much higher than expected

I sent the Service Manager an email indicating my displeasure on how the Service Advisors operate. The bill was much too high for a vehicle that is very well looked after and is only 2 years old.
