always a friendly environment when I arrive. waiting area has materials to read or can watch new on the screen while waiting for my vehicle.

I find the staff respectiveful and do their very best to keep your appt. inhale just dropped in with a slight problem they have helped immediately. Example had a light coming on had no clue what it was. Had to do with pressure in my snow tires. Very accomadaying

Appointment was made for 10am. When I arrived I was told the mechanic wasn't arriving until noon. So too much time to kill for me just sitting around . I took the shuttle to Oshawa Centre . Scarborough is too far for the shuttle driver to go. The driver Andrew was most courteous and it was my decision not to make him go to Scarborough. Therefore, my question is.... why was I told to be there at 10am. when the mechanic wasn't coming to work until 12pm?

sold one of our vehicles and was looking for the rebate on the extended warranty we have been dealing with this dealership for quite a while we purchased 4 new vehicles since 2013 and we have been treated with respect and enjoyed our experience on every buy and on every service visit.

Service Department: I was gently scolded for not pulling my vehicle up to / into the service bay. I was not aware of this and parked in a nearby spot. The service rep said to me "don't worry, I'll get it." It is not so much what was said to me but the tone in which it was said. The tone gave me the impression I had put to much work on the service rep .

For the past twenty years I have used Roy Nichols for all my car needs. I have bought or leased cars from them and had other vehicles serviced. I can usually get service appointments within a reasonable time period and the service is always prompt and satisfactory. Whenever I need advice about some aspect of the car, they respectfully show me.

I have had 2 oil changes in my 2016 Corvette Z06 last spring/summer. They drove my sports car respectful on both occasions and completed the oil changes to my satifaction. I checked the paperwork and under hood levels after I got home Paint shop employee fixed a paint chip that I filled up with paint and he fine sanded it and re- buffed that area on the engine hood. Amazing job ! I am a very fussy person with my cars....... ( great work. Just ask Jim Reid ) heee Thanks Mike Adams
