It was my pleasure to purchase a car at Bytek VW. Dilhan was supportive and answered all my questions patiencely. David was also informative as well as being kind. Both of these men worked hard to help me choose the best car for my situation, I never felt any pressure to purchase. I really appreciate them.

I'm extremely pleased with Derrik and everyone else who was involved in the purchase my new vehicle! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. At no point did I feel pressured. After having so many bad experiences shopping at other dealerships this was SO refreshing! The staff at Bytek VW continue to go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care each time I visit! Thanks so much for everything guys!

This is the second car we've purchased at Bytekw within about 5 years. First time we dealt with Andrew Quadling (via email) and David Vaughan as Andrew was away at the time of the test drive. The second time we dealt with Andrew (along with a test-drive/no-sale in between those purchases). Both Andrew and David were knowledgable about the cars, they didn't use high-pressure sales tactics nor the infamous 4-box sales model but instead listened to the customer's situation and reacted appropriately. They were also very accommodating about taking care of the trade-in situation too. Very pleased with the purchase experience. Would buy again from either salesman and Bytek.
