Great service and not pushed into buying.

Have bought more than just one vehicle, love the service you get and you can test drive any vehicle they have on the lot. Also anything you are not happy with the vehicle they fix it for you and make sure car is safe to go before picking it up. Will buy again and again, told family and friends and they are starting to buy there as well. THANKS AGAIN

Due to construction on the King's Highway, signage was very helpful as to how to enter and where to go. Cars in the lot are well organised as is the area where you can obtain the keys for a trial run; all the while not feeling pressured. A very pleasant experience for my daughter and I.

We picked up our truck on Friday. It was suppose to have a trailer hitch put on by Pauls trailers, it wasn't done, we had to take it to Pauls ourselves.( a bit of a problem in that we are not from the area) Pauls trailers was great to deal with and our hitch was installed by Sat. We had asked about a second key, we had been told by the salesman he would look into for us. We forgot to ask Rob about the second key so went back on Sat. to ask, the young man behind the desk was very short with us about the key and that 2 keys were never given out at a sale. We also noticed a small scratch on the passenger's door, the paint wasn't quite right, we were told that was the best that could be done, I don't believe that

The people we dealt with were great. No complaints. After signing the papers we went to leave the lot and the air conditioner wouldn't come on. A wasted trip. We drove our trade-in home.

Large selection of quality vehicles. Good value for the money. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, eager to assist, willing to look up information, but not once did we feel pressured to purchase. Purchasing process was comfortable and easy to follow, no surprises! Made it easy for us by providing financing, licensing, and certification. One stop shopping! Best of all was that the whole process from start to finish was only a matter of days! Awesome! Clean environment includes both the outdoor lot, the indoor offices, and especially the vehicles themselves. We had heard that Haldimand Motors had a good reputation. Having experienced it ourselves we will definitely recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking to purchase a used car. Thank you everyone at Haldimand Motors for helping us purchase our car.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got.. My family has always brought from Haldimand motors and have dealt with George and when I went I got Nic and again couldn't be happier, I had some requests with my car and was told everything would take 7 to 9 days which is fine by me but they had the car ready in 5 days and did everything I asked plus more. I would go back in a heartbeat and would tell everyone I know to go there.
