Half tonne truck

We are verry happy with the pre owned truck F-150 we bought at Haldimands. We asked for 4 new tyres and they eaven gave us all 4 breaks new without mentioning it - verry good service !!

We have bought many vehicles over the years at Haldimand. Every vehicle came with two keys, so we didn't even think about asking if our latest purchase came with two. Surprise surprise--when we went to pick it up last Saturday and asked for the spare key, we were told there was none. If we wanted one now, we would have to pay extra for it. However, had we realized it last Saturday when we took it out for our test drive, we could have mentioned it at that time and one would have been made for us, no charge. It really left a bad taste in our mouth when we left, plus the gas tank had only 1/4 tank of gas left in it. That again was a surprise, as usually the tank is half full with a purchase. Our suggestion for future sales would be let the customer know up front if there is only one key. And maybe fill the tank halfway for the customer...would be a nice gesture!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner's son Nick, to draw up the papers for my 2010 Caravan and he was friendly, funny and completely transparent with any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured into buying anything but was given great information to make informed decisions on what I would possible like to add to my purchase (and I did end up taking the rust protection which seemed like a great deal with it's 10 yr. guarantee!!! When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was quick, efficient and pain-free! They had it pulled up to the front for me, put on the plates and it was ready to go! It wasn't until I went to pick up my van that I noticed their Christian work ethic sign behind the counter (don't know how I missed it the first time cuz it's HUGE!) and it just made me feel even better about purchasing from a like-minded company:) I would most definitely recommend them to any of my friends and would go back myself anytime I need a new vehicle as the prices couldn't be beat and the service was most excellent and I hope that this company can truly turn the reputation of used car salesmen around to be positive instead of so negative. Friendly no Sales pressure and that's a must for me. Many vehicles to choose from in a range of prices, honest quick service. Why pay over rated prices and have a sales pitch follow you around when you can go to Haldimand!! Thx guys loving my new ride.

Overall I was happy with my experience at Haldimand Motors. My family members bought cars there, and I was referred. I like that the staff is not pushy and give you the freedom to look at your own convenience. When I bought the car I did call about pick up and was told that the car would be ready the next day. When I called back, they told me it would not be ready for a few days. After I finally confirmed all of the details, I was told the day of pick up that my financing may not go through. Although I was very upset, the manager understood the situation and had everything worked out. Great customer service! I love my new car!

After we got our car we had some problems and they were promptly looked after and fixed. We still had one problem with our transmission which they couldn't find, but they said they would keep our concerns on file. Good customer relations and communications. We would definitely encourage others to buy from Haldimand Motors, they were very fair and kept to their word.

I bought a nice little car from them. I knew they don't negotiate on prices so I didn't try, but I did point out a few spots that had some rust and they dealt with those areas and repainted so that it wasn't an issue. Their service was really exceptional, although it took almost 2 weeks for me to get my car with all the work and painting they did. That is my only complaint, I'm happy with the car, really happy with the tires, and details they took care of. I'd buy another car there in a flash.

The salesman was couteous and knowledgeable. No one in the sales area was pushy - that is, no hard sell. The vehicle was examined and anything that needed to be repaired was repaired before we took delivery. The vehicle was very clean. Although not particularly knowledgeable regarding prices, we feel that we received good value.

What they say about the car, what I get exactly, I bought car from Haldimand Motors four years ago and i have no problems , also they did more than what i expect of service to the car. by the way, i live in Brampton but i come all this distance to buy the car from Hadimand for a good reason.
