Job was not done when indicated as it got bumped and I had to wait 45 min ... Job as to have been completed by 2 pm and was not done until close to 3 pm. Service advisor was apologetic ... It happens.

We worked with Robert a couple of years ago when buying our Journey. We had such a great experience that recently returned to Robert to purchase our Grand Caravan. Robert was able to find us the exact van that we were looking for within our budget. His honest and upfront approach makes him a pleasure to deal with. Always gets the work done as soon as possible but my only problem is the fact that it seems like everything that is happening does end up costing alot of money. This is not Mike's problem or fault but is nothing under warranty when vehicles are 6 and 5 years old?

It could have been overwhelming buying a new Fiat. It wasn't. Jerry was patient and walked me through everything step by step. I never felt rushed or pressured so that ultimately I felt in control of my decision to purchase my Fiat. A positive experience for me!
