Difficult system to book an appointment. Originally told service would be an hour, yet when I showed up was advised it would be longer, it took 2 hours to change fuel filter on Ram 2500 Diesel. Cost of the filters was extrodinary, 100 plus each, you can buy them in the US for 50 bucks a piece.

We brought our vehicle in for a transmission issue and drivers window problem. Mike was able to contact us that day and have the problem addressed. We will continue to use Oxford dodge over the others in the city due to the great staff!

I really liked that no one in the office tried to upswell me on products I was not interested in. They listened. I visited three Jeep dealerships in this process, and the service and support at Oxford was way above the others.
