Took all day to do a 15min diagnostic. Did not call me all day... Finally I called at 2:30pm bc I needed my car back and he said they're in the middle of it (I dropped off the car at 8:45am). Got charged $100 for diagnostic.Did not have the shuttle ready for me so I almost missed picking up my kids from the bus stop. Very stressful! Will never go back. Going with Byron Automotive from now on knowledgeable and friendly!! (And less expensive)

Very quick service on brakes, and we found a low tire too as well as some other problems with the wheels. Amazing I was able to drive it there! Very pleased by the quick service as my daughter needed the van today.

When we first went into Oxford to look at purchasing a new vehicle we met Archie. He was very helpful and helped use pick out our new truck. I would recommend Oxford to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Service bay opened right on time, care was taken over what needed to be done, very short wait for shuttle to home address, phone call mid-morning with clear outline of additional problems to be attended to (along with estimated cost), bit of a delay with shuttle back to Oxford Dodge at the end of the day, but car and invoice all ready upon arrival, and a final chat to endorse the fact that at Oxford Dodge, I am among friends.
