We have bought many vehicles and they were always brand new. The last vehicle was a Dodge Journey last year and we are so happy with it, that we decided to buy another one. We have never had such a down to earth and professional sales person before. Brad was great with us, and very knowledgeable. We have walked away from buying a vehicle before because of the sales person. We look forward to getting it serviced at Oxford Dodge, and hopefully running into Brad. We will definitely go back to Brad in the future should we need to buy another vehicle.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Brad Elliot. Brad was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the time my husband and I spent in the dealership. All my questions were answered and the procedure of obtaining the car was very comfortable. I have already recommended Oxford Dodge Chrysler to a stranger (after he complimented me on the car I purchased and asked if I was enjoying it) and to all my family and friends. Brad was again very thorough and helpful when I returned to pick up my car. He is very approachable.

Purchased a town and country. I was not fully aware of what was available. Archie was very patient, funny and knowlwdgable showing me all the minivan options avaiable. I had a great experience. I also had an issue with a flashing engine light and my experience with the service centre was also good.

Replacement of a headlamp for over $1600, almost blew me away. Nobody was aware that the headlamps are so expensive on these vehicles.Otherwise service at the shop was excellent. Keith McKee

After experiencing the unexpected horrific costs associated with a performance foreign vehicle we went back to Dodge.
