I came in with a noise in my front end. When accelerating at low speeds and braking to a stop. Turns out my front wheels lug nuts were not torqued properly. I was charged $24 to get them torqued. I guess bumper to bumper doesn't cover lug nuts.

Back in 2007 I was referred to you by my service manager in Essex. You guys took good care of me then and unfortunately shortly there after I moved away. I recently moved back to the area and my past experiences made me come back. You have great people and your service is top notch. Special mention to Dwayne for always explaining issues/questions and overall providing great customer service.

I came in for an oil change, and was accepted promptly. My check engine light remained on, and I came in asking if it could be looked at. It was looked at and fixed within the hour!!!

My name is Colin Mckim I drive a 09 Ford Escape which I bought used from you at the tail end of last April. I called and booked an apointment to have a new tire pressure sensor installed, my alignment done and needed my transmition looked at. Its been having issues shifting gears between 1st and 2nd, as well as between drive and reverse. I drove my truck there at 7am on the day scheduled for my appointment and utilized your shuttle service to get me to work. I recieved a call around 2:30 from Mike S stating that they havent had time to work on the truck today and that they were going to have to take it to the Ford dealership next door to have the servise done because you dident have the tools to work on it yourself. He asked if i could bring it back the following morning, I said I understood and could. I picked up my truck and returned at 7am the following morning, I used your shuttle again to get to work and I received another call from Mike S around 3:00 stating that once again nothing had been done to my truck. Apparently it was taken to the Ford dealership were it sat for the day with no work being done to it. I was told that he wasent sure when it was going to be able to be looked at and that he needed to speak with the service advisor at ford to better coordinate a time that my truck would have to be serviced, he told me that the paperwork would be left active and he would call me as soon as he had more information. My initial appointment was on April 28th and have not heard anything back (May the 28th). Your service team including Mike and your shuttle drivers are very polite and a pleasure to deal with however i hope you can understand my frustrations. At the time of the appointment i had the extra money to have my truck fixed however my current living situation has changed and i am no longer able to afford the work that required payment. I do still have an active cross Canada warranty however i do not believe it was going to cover my tire sensor or alignment. I am in no way giving a bad review to seek free work or compensation however i feel the 2 days being deprived of transportation, no work being done to my vehicle and a month without any word is deserving of a negative review.
