waiting time

We had to wait longer then we had expected, if we had known it was going to be that long we would have got your courtesy driver to take us over and get some lunch. We were told 12:20 so we waited. 1:15 it was ready. My wife had a doctors apt. for 1:40 so we were rushed. We would not want to go any where else but Oxford Dodge. IT'S NO BIG DEAL BUT SEEING THAT YOU ASKED!

I arrived and the garage opened slightly early to my delight since I had only 30 minutes to get to work on time with the shuttle service. I made it to work and then found out about the repairs I needed in less then 2 hours. The shuttle servide was prompt for pick up and I was back and paying for repairs and on my way home in no time. I like the friendly, professional and prompt service that is provided. Thank you.

they diagnosed the issue with my jeep and was able to get it in within 2 days and was fixed within my work day.

I drove in without an appointment and was able to get a Technician to test drive the Jeep and diagnose the issue. Then Mike was able to get me a estimate of the cost and book in me within 2 days. I was able to get a shuttle to work and back and jeep was ready when I got there. Very respectful and treated me like a person not like a girl. I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Thanks for making this a excellent experience!

Darryl catered to my every request and better yet exhibited a sincere sense of care. He followed up on every contingency to ensure the service on both my vehicles was performed to my satisfaction. I must say that not too long ago, service provisions was less than satisfactory and we were prepared to take our business elsewhere. Whatever you have done to turn things around, keep it up!
