We just had a Emissions Test on our truck so did not take much time at all. I have always had good service from you & love everything being on time. That means a lot.

When I booked my appointment I was told the appointment would be roughly 1.5 hours. When I arrived at the service desk I was told the car would be ready in 1.5 hours. I left the service area to run errands and returned within that time frame only to wait another 75 minutes. It would have been gratefully appreciated if the service would have been done within the time frame promised. I understand that it can be quite busy on some days but if I was told that they were running behind I would have made other plans.
