We found Craig to be very knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. We got just the vehicle we were looking for at a fair price. Would definitely recommend him to our friends!!!

Oxford Dodge has got it right! This is how service should be... They shuttle you back home when you drop your car off and then when they couldn't get me my car by the end of the day they gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded. Great experience in general.

Easy straight forward and stress free

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my van from Brad. He was friendly but also straight to the point which I really appreciated. I was there with a purpose in mind and my visit tailored around that purpose. I loved that I didn't have to sit there for 1 hour listening to his life story. He was knowledgeable and was able to find me the van that suited my needs. I kept saying to myself this can't be that easy. Something is going to go wrong. Within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership my financing was approved. I was told my van would be ready Wednesday at 11am and sure enough it was. I was there exactly at 11am and so was Brad. I didn't have to wait around. It was such a great experience. Thank you Brad. We will refer you and we will be back in due time for a second vehicle. Your service was amazing and you were the perfect balance between friendly and right down to business which is my style.

Brad gave us time to think things over and was very helpful taking in to consideration our special needs regarding a vehicle. We drove two vehicles and he was helpful in pointing out the extra things which we wanted. Also as My husband is on oxogen and we were limited with time he made sure we were looked after and Bob was comfortable in the time we had. That made our experience enjoyable with no pressure added.
