Great customer service

I brought my vehicle in for a simple trailer wire harness check. Darryl was not around when I picked up my vehicle. Nothing was wrong with the wire harness but Darryl Tom the time to call me and discuss the inspection because he wasn't available at the time I picked up my vehicle. I wasn't expecting that. I was very impressed!

They checked the transmission and ensured I was happy with the result. My experience with the service professionals was excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with the process to make the appointment. I drove in to the service reception area and was ignored for approximately 30 minutes. At this point, I would have gone elsewhere for warranty work if another location was available. I make these statements with a hope that your reception area will be more "customer friendly".

From his friendly, personal greeting to our "so long" at the conclusion of business, Mike is clear, detailed and thorough in his explanations. Everything happened on predicted schedule, there was good communication regarding diagnosis and service costs during the day and shuttle arrangements were convenient and timely. A great service advisor! Oxford is a great service provider.

Glad to have the service dept open to get the tire with a nail in for repair. Just a little late on the pick-up side the next day.

I dropped off my jeep wrangler to have my tires swapped and some other work looked at. The rental I booked was a nice dart well taken care of and clean. I showed Dwayne some other issues I have been having he was more then happy to get the ball rolling on getting everything accomplished.
