Dwayne remembered from my previous visit why I was there and quickly got me through the paperwork process.

Easy and quick! Dwayne knew why I was there and outlined facts from my previous visit. I had to get a part for the seat, it was not reclining properly. The part came in over the winter but it was the wrong one. This happened more than once. Dwayne arranged that I get a new seat, compliments of Oxford Dodge and the problem was solved. He also reminded me that I was planning on getting rainex applied and that it was half price with the coupon I had received. I was in and out with no complications. Thank you.

I had my winter tires removed and summer tires put on, as well as having a new battery put in my key fob. I was also advised that my rear brakes were starting yto wear and would need new ones in the near future.

I want to take the opportunity to thank Darryl for his outstanding service. Darryl has always been excellent to work with!!! He is very attentive; he is an excellent communicator; and, he is very thorough. We brought our van in and decided in the end to not have the more expensive repairs done, but instead to look for another vehicle. Darryl was very helpful in this process and was able to use some old parts to allow our vehicle to limp along for a few more days that we would have otherwise had. I honestly wasn't going to buy another Dodge product but I think I have changed my mind about that, thanks to Darryl. Give him a raise - he is your best guy there!!!

fast and courteous

had piece of mind service, oil change, tire rotation today,during piece of mind inspection found that brakes needed to be serviced came and told me what was needed and cost.this brake service will avoid a costlier brake job because pads were not moving freely.greatly appreciated that this was found and service was done quickly
