Vehicle Safety Concern

April 16th I had winter tires taken off and summers tires put on my car. The next day I drove out of town and noted car was not Handling properly with noise from front tire area. I took car to mechanic shop as per Oxford Dodge service advisor and to my surprise 9 of 20 tire lug nuts had not been properly torqued resulting in an unsafe vehicle. Not impressed with service received due to this safety concern. Serious oversight required to correct faulty equipment or employee job performance.

put new rims and running boards on. there was still the glue from stickers on the rims which was hard to get off. other than that very good service

On this occasion I was greeted and entered in the system right away so I could make it to work on time. My vehicle was done on time so I was able to promptly pick it up after work. The service staff was friendly and courteous as always. Thank you for not causing stress as we all know sometimes dealing with vehicles can.

I showed up without an appointment. There was a problem with the rear air on my van that was obvious by the leak on my driveway. Darryl wasn't sure he'd be able to get the problem fixed that day because they were busy but assured me they would at least get it partially diagnosed by charging it with dye so it would be obvious for a future appt. I was called back by Darryl who told me it was an obvious problem and that. He'd arranged to get it done and would have it ready around 4:00 I was called again before 4:00 with an offer for a ride to pick up the van. Thanks for the timely repair and friendly experience.
