Darryl took the time to explain, in depth, what the issue was with my truck. He promptly got me a rental truck while mine was in the shop even though he had to contact a rental service to acquire one since Oxford Dodge didn't have one. I really appreciated this since I need a truck for the work I do. He is excellent at customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Oxford Dodge. Chris Battaglia, was great! He didn't try to sell me anything, he talked to me about the cars I was interested in. I didn't feel pressured to buy and walked away with an awesome car at a great price. Thanks Chris!

Follow-up to servicing recommendation obtained during a recent oil change. It was determined that the servicing was not immediately necessary. The frank evaluation was much appreciated as my budget is tight at the moment. A Drive Clean test also preformed. I also took advantage of the excellent shuttle service.

Switched tires from winter to all seasons

Arrived at 7am for my appointment. Dwayne immediately opened the doors, recorded all relevant info and I was out in minutes and on my way to work. When the work was completed, he called me and let me know my vehicle was ready! Very impressed with Dwayne and the service work completed!
