A main reason why we bought our 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Oxford Dodge is because of the consistent quality of service from Oxford Dodge's service department that our family has experienced almost continuously from 1981.

Wonderful experience at Oxford. We went in knowing what we wanted and were greeted by a polite, respectful and knowledgeable salesperson. Brad expedited a quick sale with a price we were extremely happy with. On delivery, he went through the vehicle features and warranties thoroughly. We would definitely return to Oxford for another vehicle purchase in the future.

Mike does a great job making sure that everything gets done to my car in one shot. oil change, snow tires off, peace of mind check. He also makes sure I bring in the tire rims for the tire change. I made the mistake of not doing that once. Mike knows I need to get to work on time, so he makes sure I get the first appointment and has the shuttle bus already arranged. Once again, Mike is the reason I love Oxford Dodge. Thank you. Leslie Burke On a side note, I don't think it's right you only get a car wash if you share on twitter or facebook. Some people have no use for that social media so we'll never get the chance to share that. What about the old style word of mouth. maybe you can rethink that...........

Thorough recall

Recall was quick and easy. They checked for any other recalls while I was there. Only reason 5 stars wasn't given is that when I drove into the garage, was told by another service advisor he'd back back in 30 seconds and he wasn't. After waiting 5 minutes, Dwayne recognized the situation and took care of me.
