I have the vehicle of my dreams at a suitable price and a second time sales person that went above and beyond sales.

I just explained it above. I have dealt with a few dealerships. some good and some not so good. My two best experiences have been Exeter Chrysler in 1984 and Oxford Dodge starting in 2013 and continuing today. Scott has been huge in my decisions as I have had "not so good" experiences in between. Keep up the joking and laughing Scott. P.S. Since Scott is a chef, maybe he has some recipes that a potential customer could browse through while they are waiting!

Warranty work failure

The service department people were nice but the work was unsatisfactory. After you having my vehicle for 2 days, the blower motor that was replaced sounds worse than the one that was defective in the first place. The door rubbers were replaced but the interior plastic trim on the drivers rear and the passenger seat belt area were not re-installed properly. I have not had the time to bring the vehicle back in again.
