I LOVE MY NEW JEEP CHEROKEE & IF ANYONE SHOPS ANYWHERE ELSE IT WOULD BE A BIG MISTAKE. THE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY THAT OXFORD CHRYSLER GAVE US WAS ABOVE & BEYOND.......THANK-YOU SCOTT FOR JUST BEING YOU AND KNOWING THAT WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND GETTING US THE BEST DEAL YOU COULD. The mechanic repaired the passive door locks as per the recall. I was in and out of the service bay within 20 minutes, shuttle driver was ok, although maybe the shuttle drivers could plan their routes a little more efficiently for people who need to get to work. Other than that I am happy with the service.

I like bringing my car in when Mike is there, but I was concerned about the engine light so Mike arranged an appointment with Darryl on Saturday. I was in good hands and they fixed both the car radio and the engine light problem. Hats off To Darryl and all the staff who get stuck working the weekend. Thank you. Leslie
