What a great way to start my morning! My first time to service my car at this location, and John Reid was quite fantastic! Excellent customer service! Answered all my questions, and even going out of his way to get more information for me. I saw in him a guy who loves his job. I have had some work pending on my car trying to get a good place to have it done. I feel that I have found one now, thanks to John.

I was in the market for a truck upgrade, and found the right truck at Finch. In dealing with Craig Harwood and the used sales manager Dave Penhale, my experience was world class from start to finish. Craig brought the vehicle to me to test drive, Dave obtained a fair trade in for my 2010, and there was a very competitive price on the new truck. They even washed my trade for me while I test drove the truck. That exceeds expectations. Top notch work gents - thanks for the positive buying experience.

All I can say is TERRIBLE. I have bought 2 used trucks from them. Spent a lot of money on services and repairs. The last time in for a service and a couple other things, they made a mistake and would not own up to it. I had respectful discussions with the service manager, service advisor and the branch manager. All of which have not gotten back to me as they promised they would. I will not let them touch that truck again. I am in this field of business and that behavior would result in time off or lose of a job. Completely disgusted with this company. Will NOT ever give them another red cent.
